How long does it take to deliver the machine after the deposit?
Usually it will take 25 working days. But it still depends on the exact model you need and if there is any special requirement.
Can you provide packaging material?
Yes. We can. In order to service customer better, we can recommend or provide packaging material as per customer's requirement.
Can you install the machine or do maintenance abroad?
Yes. We can. For some models of our packaging machine, we send to customer without split and after show the operation video to customers, they can operate by themselves. But if customer need, we can also send engineer to install machine and do training to workers on the spot. In this way, the travel expenses will be to customer's account.
How long is the warranty period?
1 Year.After 1 year we still provide free technical consulting service permanently.
